Time is ticking.
New South Wales - the last state to decriminalise the killing of the elderly and vulnerable - is on the cusp of a final vote as early as tomorrow.
Disappointingly, a number of doctors are calling for the NSW parliament to progress this kill bill. In effect, they are saying that some lives are not worth living and have placed the most vulnerable members of society at risk of coercion and elder abuse.
Last week, Alex Greenwich’s deadly bill passed the first stage of voting in the Upper House in a 20 to 17 vote. This was a shameful day for the state of NSW, however the fight is not yet over.
Sign the petition urging the NSW Upper House to vote in favour of life.
As you receive this email, members of the Upper House will be deliberating over the proposed amendments to the bill in the second reading amid pressure from anti-life lobbyists.
This is an outrageous attack on the sanctity of human life.
As a society, we should be seeking to enhance the care - especially palliative treatment - made available to those suffering terribly from illness and disease. Instead, proponents of euthanasia only wish to rush headlong down a slippery slope of turning doctors into killers.

No amount of euthanasia 'safeguards' will protect against abuse, such as limiting it to certain categories of people.
