I stand with Little Sisters of the Poor
Please show your support for Little Sisters of the Poor.
Because of their religious beliefs, they object to the “ObamaCare contraception mandates,” and as an organization will not comply. These hardworking nuns are standing up to the bullies in Washington D.C. Help us let them know they are not alone!
Stand in solidarity with The Little Sisters of the Poor. Sign a petition of support defending their religious freedom.
The Little Sisters of the Poor are Roman Catholic nuns that operate nursing homes around the country. Their mission is to serve the elderly.
The Sisters object to providing contraceptives, sterilizations and chemically abortive drugs within their employee health insurance coverage. It should be within their right!
Under ObamaCare, most employers are required to provide contraceptives as part of their health insurance coverage. Many churches and non-profit religious groups are exempt from the mandate.
For some mischievous reason, the Obama Administration is picking a fight with these honorable and hardworking nuns. Every time lawyers on behalf of the Little Sisters of the Poor make a statement, the Obama Administration is adamant in replying in defense of their unjust mandate.
Though on December 31, Justice Sonya Sotomayor issued a temporary injunction protecting Little Sisters of the Poor from the HHS contraceptive mandate. The Little Sisters of the Poor and countless of other groups face a major uphill battle for their religious rights.
We ask you to sign a petition of support to the Little Sister of the Poor. Tell them “I stand with you.” We will deliver your note of support directly to the Mother Superior (Reverend Mother).
